What is the franchise?

Is gasoline included?

This insurance will be invalidated, as well as the contract and with loss by the lessee, of the rate, insurance and euros in deposit when:

How are the rental days counted?

The rental days are 24 hours from the moment the vehicle is collected. A maximum of 60 minutes of courtesy is allowed, after which one more day is computed.

What should I do if I want to extend the duration of my contract?

If you have not yet collected the vehicle, you can modify your reservation at any time by calling the reservation center or expanding it from the email formentera123@gmail.com or by calling 971 32 84 04. If you have already collected the vehicle and want to extend the duration of your contract, you must go with your rental vehicle to the nearest Formentera Motos office. You cannot carry out contract extensions by phone and will only indicate how to proceed if you want to carry out said extension.

Where do we have our offices?

Can I return the vehicle early?

In no case may you leave the island of Formentera with a Formentera Motos vehicle. Taking a vehicle from the Island implies the cancellation of the contract without the right to a refund and implies the acceptance of any surcharge, fine, infraction or fee that implies its transfer to the original return point on the island of Formentera. In addition, the lessee will be responsible for any possible damage caused to the vehicle, invalidating the coverage insurance without excess.
